For Gold Coast venues, Tony and Sam will arrange a meeting with you on your site before the big day. During this time, the team will plan out any catering arrangements in more detail so that your party goes as smoothly as possible. *Conditions Apply

Fire Up Spit Roast prides itself on offering fresh, great tasting food to our customers. We do not pre-cook any of our meats. We arrive several hours early and cook all meats from scratch.
