Tony, Samantha and the ‘Fire Up’ team will ensure that your function runs smoothly, so that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

When you book with Fire Up Spit Roast, we organise a pre-function meeting with you, where we visit your site ahead of time, and plan out the cooking & serving details of the event.
NOTE: Pre-function meetings will depend on availability and location of your function.

We source only the best quality produce and meats, fresh from local suppliers. We then arrive 4 hours before your function starts, and cook the meats on site from raw, to perfection.
