Our Spit Roast menu includes 2 Meats of your selection, freshly roasted at your venue.

  • Roast Beef – served with gravy

  • Roast Pork – served with gravy and apple sauce

  • Roast Lamb – served with gravy and mint jelly ($1 surcharge per person)

  • Roast Chicken – served with gravy

Your meal will be served with Hot Potatoes, Sour Cream, Fresh Bread Rolls and fresh salads or hot vegetables.

You also get a variety of condiments including: Mustard, Tomato, BBQ Sauce, Salt & Pepper with your meal.

We arrive four hours prior to your nominated serving time, nothing is ever pre cooked, and all our meat are cooked fresh at your venue.

Your meals will be served from large buffet style tables with linen table cloths.

 

We take care of the cleanup afterwards.

 

Your meal will be served on quality disposable plates and cutlery including napkins – Note: Crockery and stainless steel cutlery are available for main meals with the CELEBRATION PACKAGE

Terms and Conditions:

  • $200 Booking deposit required to secure date of your event. The booking deposit is non-refundable

  • A bank surcharge applies if Credit Card used for payment

  • We suggest you have your guests arrive 1 hour before serve time

  • Final numbers and final payment required 7 days before your function.
